Class I indications for myocardial revascularization for improvement of prognosis:
- silent cardiac ischaemia + left main coronary artery stenosis of > 50%,
- silent cardiac ischaemia + proximal LAD stenosis of > 50%,
- silent cardiac ischaemia + impaired LV function + multi-vessel coronary artery disease,
- silent cardiac ischaemia + single patent coronary artery stenosis of > 50%,
- silent cardiac ischaemia including > 10% of left ventricular and caused by coronary artery stenosis of > 50%.
Class III indication for myocardial revascularization for improvement of prognosis:
- silent cardiac ischaemia including < 10% of left ventricular + one-vessel coronary artery disease + absence of proximal LAD stenosis.
- silent cardiac ischaemia + proximal LAD stenosis of > 50%,
- silent cardiac ischaemia + impaired LV function + multi-vessel coronary artery disease,
- silent cardiac ischaemia + single patent coronary artery stenosis of > 50%,
- silent cardiac ischaemia including > 10% of left ventricular and caused by coronary artery stenosis of > 50%.
